Executive Director
Andrew Cox is an experienced organizational change professional with 28 years of international consultancy and management expertise and a strong record of achievement in leading and managing strategy-led business performance improvement and implementing complex cross-functional global change initiatives. He has operated out of Latin American, Europe and North America and responsible for leading and supporting clients in radically improving their business performance through disciplined implementation of their strategies.

Punya Upadhyaya is a global expert in organizational leadership and culture, having worked with the top 10 companies in the Fortune 500, Native American nations, South African chicken farmers and other fun people. He has lived in Taos since 1995 and enjoys connecting the different worlds we all celebrate.
